The playgrounds, sports fields, and mini-golf at Great Camp ensure all ages have plenty to do. Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check In is after 4pm. Check Out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.

Property Access

  • Each side of the Cedar Rock Townhomes features a single-car garage guests have access to.
  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • This home allows up to 99 pets. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to an amenity access fee, depending on number of guests a home sleeps, in order to maintain the facilities and features that guests have access to. Some amenities at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are seasonal and/or subject to certain hours of operation.
  • Guests must supply their own sports equipment for use on the ball fields and sports courts.
  • The Lodges at Eagles Nest offers a series of concerts open to all guests, however there may be an admission fee with cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • This home allows up to 99 pets.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. Please note all visitors on premise at the Winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • All rentals at The Lodges at Eagles Nest are subject to an amenity access fee, depending on number of guests a home sleeps, in order to maintain the facilities and features that guests have access to.

Parking Information

  • Each townhome comes with a single-car garage guests have access to.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
  • Towels and linens will be provided.
  • Hair dryers are provided.
  • Guests have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest, including:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 General Store
    • North Pavilion: Ball Field, Sportsman's Lodge (unlocked portion only), Sports Court (Basketball and Pickleball), Dog Park, Walking Trail, Sportsman's Grille (Wed-Sun. Hours vary), Fire Pit, Woodland Trail System (ATV Trails, Hiking, Biking)
    • Camp (BYO Equipment): Tennis Courts, Pickleball, Disk Golf, Archery (Restrooms and Pavilion coming soon!)

Safety and Emergency Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.
  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit.
  • Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments.
  • Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
  • All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
